1. Agreement

By accessing or using Cambio ("Service"), operated by Cambio ("we," "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Cambio provides hosted tools to capture, store, and analyze public web content and to deliver notifications and related data to you. Features, limits, and availability may change during beta. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, non-payment (when billing applies), or to comply with law.

3. Acceptable use

You will not use the Service to violate applicable law, others' rights, or acceptable crawling or access policies of third-party sites. You are responsible for your integrations, credentials, and downstream systems.

4. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of captured third-party content.

5. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
